1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the 3D model(s) in accordance with these terms.

Permitted Uses:

• Use in commercial and personal projects (games, films, advertising, visualization, product design)
• Modify, adapt, and integrate models into derivative works
• Render images and videos for any purpose
• Use across unlimited projects without additional fees
• Use in client work and deliverables

Prohibited Uses:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the original or modified 3D files
• Sharing models with third parties who have not purchased a license
• Creating competing 3D model marketplaces or libraries using our models
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the original models

2. Ownership & Copyright

All 3D models remain the intellectual property of their original creators and 3D Market. Your purchase grants you a license to use the models, not ownership of the copyright or underlying intellectual property.

You retain full ownership and copyright of any derivative works you create using our models.

3. Downloads & File Access

After purchase, you will receive immediate access to download your 3D model files in all available formats (GLB, FBX, OBJ, USDZ).

• Download links are valid for 72 hours from purchase
• You may re-download models through your account dashboard
• We recommend backing up downloaded files on your own storage
• We are not responsible for lost files after the initial download period

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Refunds are available if:

• The model has technical defects that cannot be resolved
• The model significantly differs from its preview or description
• Files are corrupted or cannot be opened

To request a refund, contact support@3d-market.net within 30 days of purchase with your order number and reason for refund.

5. Quality Standards & Warranties

All models on 3D Market are scored by our AI quality system (minimum score 80/100) and reviewed to ensure they meet professional standards.

However, 3D models are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that models will be suitable for your specific use case or compatible with all software versions.

We provide 30 days of free technical support to help with integration and compatibility issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

3D Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the 3D models. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific model.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
